Privacy Policy
Agenzya is in private preview. This policy explains what we collect while you're on the waitlist or trying the preview, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
01 Information we collect
When you request access, we collect your email address and, if you provide one, your invite code. If you join the preview, we also process the data you put into your workspace — clients, projects, time entries, quotations and invoices — so the product can function.
- Account & contact: email, name, workspace details.
- Workspace content: the records you create inside Agenzya.
- Connected services: if you link a Git provider, we read commit metadata (message, timestamp, author) to draft timesheets. We do not store your source code.
- Usage & device: basic analytics and logs to keep the preview stable.
02 How we use it
We use your information to operate the preview, send you a note when a seat opens, infer timesheet drafts from commit metadata, and improve the product. During the preview we may email you occasionally to ask for feedback. We do not sell your data.
03 Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Agenzya (hosting, email delivery, analytics), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We never share workspace content for advertising.
04 Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or the preview ends. Workspace content is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless a longer period is legally required.
05 Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@agenzya.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
06 Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, and during preview some features are still being hardened — please don't store anything you can't afford to lose.
